Hi there! I am Lucy Jones. Welcome to our brand spanking new blog! I am tickled pink you are here right now!! I am excited to sprinkle some fun in your days by sharing little tidbits here and there about our company, my career, my life, hobbies, interests and other cool stuff I find and create.

There is so much I want to share! It’s hard to pick a place to start but, don’t worry, I have plenty more posts in my pocket. For now, I’d like to start with what is most important for me: family.

I was born, raised, and still live in Columbus, Georgia and get to work as the President of Property Management for the most amazing property management company: Woodruff. One of the main reasons why I absolutely love my job is because I have the best work and life partner I could ever ask for, my husband, Bruce.

Bruce and I have been married for 16 years and have three beautiful daughters: Laurie Clare, Liza, and Lulie. We also have three dogs and three cats. Of course, each child had to have one of each!! What can I say? We love our pets and we have a house full of love, laughter and color!! I believe that life is about having fun, doing what you love, and loving what you do because you only live once!

This isn’t a dress rehearsal. If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life!

I am no writer, but my head is full of ideas and fun thoughts. I make notes of ideas that enter my mind wherever and whenever, such as church programs, napkins, receipts, boarding passes, etc. Whatever I can find, I will use so my mind will stop racing!

As you will see and learn, I love all colors, especially pink!

My favorite color is neon pink and neon salmon-y orange since I was a 70’s baby! My style is colorful, sporty, edgy, chic, frisky casual, feminine with a twist, and modern preppy. I admire Lilly Pulitzer, the Palm Beach legend. What isn’t there to love about her!? And last but not least, my favorite places to be are at home, 30A, or the Caribbean in a five star resort!!

I’m not sure what I want to be when I grow up, but I never want to stop learning and experiencing new ideas, new places, new people and new opportunities. Somedays, it is so obvious the plan God has for me and other days I wonder what in the world am I doing. Do you ever feel like that? One day at a time, one moment at a time, and it all adds up to being a life filled with challenging work surrounded by super talented and interesting people that I learn from. I have so many people that help my world go ’round, and I am grateful.  There is never a dull moment in our lives full of crazy! Bruce and I always say that we never let grass grow under our feet and we got all the “goody” out of every day!
